One Pan Pork Loin with Oven Chips

Classic Oven Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips
- 2 cups of French green beans
- 2 pound boneless pork loin roast
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon sage or 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, sage/Italian seasoning, honey, salt & pepper to taste.
- Rub the seasoning on the pork loin and let marinade for 1 hour.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for quick clean up.
- Place pork loin in the centre of the pan alongside 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips.
- Bake the pork loin and oven chips, flipping after 15 minutes. Cook for another 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper over 2 cups of French beans and mix well.
- 3 minutes before the timer ends, remove the pan and add in seasoned green beans to the pan.
- Remove pan from the oven once everything is cooked and serve the one pan pork loin with your favourite dipping sauces on the side.
