One Pan Mexican Style

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
- ½ cup Snow Peas
- ½ cup Red, Orange or Yellow peppers, roughly chopped
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
- ½ White Onion, roughly chopped
- ½ cup of Broccoli
- ½ cup Zucchini, chopped into an even round shape
- Salt & Pepper to season
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground Cumin
- 1 pinch ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground Cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- In a small bowl, mix chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and salt & pepper to create a spice blend.
- Mix spice blend into a large bowl with snow peas, peppers, cherry tomatoes, white onion, broccoli and zucchini until all veggies are covered with the spice blend.
- On a pan, place frozen Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in a single layer and place seasoned veggies on the bottom half of the pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until veggies are fully cooked and enjoy while hot!
