Herb And Garlic Crinkle Wedge

Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Herb & Garlic Crinkle Wedge
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 cup (120g) grated cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sour cream to serve (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange the crinkle cut wedges in a single layer and bake for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat cook the bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- Transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate to absorb extra fat. Crumble or chop bacon, set aside.
- Flip the wedges and sprinkle with the grated cheese and onions.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 7-9 minutes or until wedges are golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with crumbled bacon and serve with sour cream if desired
